The Joy Toolkit

Finding and healing your joy is about building emotional resilience and developing the habit of creating opportunities for joy to enter your life, choosing to focus on that joy and making it the default. We accomplish this in my books using the scientific foundations of positive psychology, the power of actionable micro-habits, and one guiding question:

How can I bring more joy into my life?

To structure the answers to this question, One Minute to Joy is laid out into five sequential sections:

Within each of these sections, I walk you through 5 unique joy practices. Once you are familiar with these practices, they become part of your “toolkit” for joy and are available for you to use any time you are ready to create opportunities for joy to enter your life.
